Charity

A true Freemason  does not only focus on the Charity of Giving, but also the Charity of Loving? It is easy to reach into your pocket and even better to stretch your heart for others. Real brethren have learned such lessons in the Lodge and know that Charity doesn’t mean giving money or service. Charity means having a charitable HEART. And that is where Freemasons were first prepared, in their heart.  By this, I mean we should ever be willing to see the best in our brethren, to cast the best light on their actions, to see them in the most positive light, to hear their words in the most positive light, in the most CHARITABLE light.  Have a benevolent goodwill toward or love of humanity and be lenient in judgment of others. This Most Benevolent Brotherhood has men of good character – Charity.
